In both accounts (edited) when I played BJ the system has frozen and not allowed me to finish either hand - NUMEROUS TIMES - so pls don't ask me to try yet another time. I have withdrawn my money from these accounts, but could you pls unfreeze it in some way to allow me to play other games?
